  • Just changing one thing, can get you back on the road to healthy eating that will result in good health once again.

  • Making massive changes in your diet by following a diet plan that doesn’t fit with your lifestyle or food tastes will set you up for failure.
  • Instead, try adding one healthy food to each meal. Add a healthy fruit or vegetable to your meal or your snack.
  • Little changes each day turn into big changes over the course of time.
  • Generally, the portion sizes for most people have increased so much that we are totally unaware of the number of calories we are actually consuming. This is another habit that you can change over time.
  • Try reducing your portion size by one spoonful each meal, Over the course of time, you will have eliminated several calories each day that will result in releasing several pounds this year.

  • Think of the money you will save by not purchasing that soda or Starbucks coffee.
  • Start slow and gradually add more water every day.
