Easy Breakfast Ideas for Good Health:


  1. Eggs with turkey bacon and a slice of tomato. Adding cottage cheese will also be very good.
  2. A packet of protein powder helps to kick start your metabolism at breakfast.
  3. ½ c. of Old-Fashioned oatmeal cooked with water mixed with 1 apple sprinkled with apple pie spice + 2 Tbsp. almonds
  4. 1no –  6” – 12” corn tortillas warmed filled with 4 scrambled egg whites, ½ c. fresh baby spinach, ¼ c. salsa, and ¼ c. sliced avocado
  5. 1no – whole-wheat English muffin with 2 Tbsp. hummus spread and topped with ½ fresh plum tomato, 3 lettuce leaves, organic turkey bacon, and 1 slice of cheese.
  6. 1½ c. whole-grain puffs with 1 c. skim milk, 2 Tbsp. almonds and 8 dried apricots.
  7. Apple-Pecan oatmeal + 3 vegetarian sausage links.
  8. 2 hard-boiled or poached eggs, ½ grapefruit or other fruit in season, 1 c. green tea
  9. 1 c. non-sweetened cereal, ¼ c. unsalted sunflower seeds, 1 c. skim milk,  ½ c. fruit of your choice
  10. 2 – scrambled eggs, 4 scrambled egg whites (may top with salsa). 1 apple of 1 c. fresh berries, 1 c. green tea
